Yeast interactome

Recently yeast two hybrid assays have been extensively used to perform proteome wide screening of interactions. These interaction map provide valuable information regarding the biochemical process within the cell. However, these interaction map are overextended by false positives. We have introduced a new approach to eliminate false positives from these interaction map (overview section). Using our approach we end up with 46 potential clusters. These clusters can be visualized using any of the following options.

Please download JAVA if you do not have it on your system.

Enter the gene name of Yeast (eg:CDC28)

                 OR
Enter the cluster number to visualize.
