I've been trained primarily as a theoretical physicist although I have also had extensive training in chemistry, biology, mathematics, and statistics. I am interested in computational and systems biology for advancing both public health and biological knowledge. I am currently interested in utilizing FTmap results as a characterization of protein interaction sites. Such characterization is a critical requirement for the development of in silico models that better predict disruptions to and allosteric regulation of metabolic networks which are fundamental problems in biology, toxicity, and drug design.
