2016 Conference on Modeling of Protein Interactions

The Vajda lab participated in the Modeling of Protein Interactions (MPI 2016) on October 27-29 in Lawrence, Kansas. Sandor gave a talk on our simplified statistical mechanics approaches to the analysis of protein interactions. Katie, Julie, Athar, Shahrooz and Lingqi presented posters.

The MPI conference is organized by Sandor Vajda from Boston University and Illya Vakser from the University of Kansas. MPI is held every two years and participants discuss computational procedures for reconstruction and study of the network of proteins.
